Leading Second Camp is a two-day conference-style leadership event for second chair leaders. We created this space for all of us who lead from the middle. If you serve on a church staff or leadership team in any capacity, you’ll find yourself at home in this tribe as we gather to be realigned and refreshed in ministry.

Leading Second Camp is being held on February 26th & 27th, 2025 at Heartland Church in Carrollton, TX.

Leading Second Camp is a two-day event where we will gather as second chair leaders to build relationships, worship together, and be challenged in our leadership. The event will be equal parts practical application and spiritual transformation.

Leading Second Camp is an event for the second chair. Sessions are specifically aimed at helping to equip church team members. We kindly ask that Lead Pastors send their teams. To get a look into what Camp is like, watch previous sessions here.

A boxed lunch will be served for lunch on Day 2 of Camp. Due to a wide range of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate all special requests regarding lunch. However, we do ask that you list any dietary restrictions on your registration so we can do our best to accommodate you. If you are concerned about this, you are welcome to bring a packed lunch for the day.

There will be drip coffee, cold brew, and various snacks available throughout the day. If you have specific needs or medical concerns, please pack adequate snacks for yourself for the duration of the event.

While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at Camp 2025. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend or serve at Camp 2025.

*Infants under the age of one are able to attend with their parents. There is a nursing moms room located inside the women’s restroom. For any questions on this, please reach out to info@leadingsecond.com.

Any cancellations must be processed by January 22nd, 2025. After this, all sales are final.

Registrations can be transferred at any time. Reach out to us at info@leadingsecond.com for help with registration transfers.

Registration for Leading Second Camp 2025 in Dallas, TX will cost $129 for Super Early Bird Registration (available until Dec. 11, 2024), $149 for Early Bird Registration (available Dec. 12, 2024-Jan. 22, 2025), and $169 for Standard Registration (available Jan. 23, 2025-the event).

For groups of 30+ people, registration is $99 per person when using the Large Group rate available on our registration site.

Your registration covers access to both days of Leading Second Camp 2025, a boxed lunch on Day 2, and snacks/refreshments throughout the event.
